DAY 1

Wednesday, September 21:

  • 12:00 pm – Guest arrival at The Inn on Biltmore Estate.
  • 1:00 pm – Bike fittings and adjustments.
  •  4:30 pm – Easy spin through downtown, the River Arts District and the Biltmore Forest to develop ride protocol and introduce staff and coaches.
  • 6:30 pm – Welcome dinner with camp overview and group goals discussion.
  • 8:00 pm – Fireside coaching seminar.

Thursday, September 22:

  • 6:15 am – Coffee and breakfast.
  • 7:00 am – Ride overview, skills clinic, and the day’s training overview with Coach.
  • 7:15 am – Pedals up for a five-hour ride to Mt. Pisgah.
  • 11:00 am – Return from ride for massage, foam rolling and compression therapy with protein smoothies.
  • 12:30 pm – Lunch at The Inn on Biltmore Estate.
  •  6:00 pm – Dinner at The Inn on Biltmore Estate.
  •  8:00 pm – Fireside coaching seminar.

  • 1:00 pm – Lunch at The Inn on Biltmore Estate.
  • 2:00 pm – Return from ride for massage, foam rolling and compression therapy with protein smoothies. All available in the Best Buddies Recovery Room.
  • 4:00 pm – Downtown Brewery Tours
  • 5:30 pm – Depart for group off-site dinner in downtown Asheville

  • 6:00 am – Coffee and breakfast in the Wellness Kitchen.
  • 7:30 am – Pedals up for the “Queen Stage”, a six-hour epic ride to Mt. Mitchell with multiple climbs and thrilling descents.
  • 3:00 pm – Return from ride for massage, foam rolling and compression therapy with protein smoothies. All available in the Best Buddies Recovery Room.
  • 6:30 pm – Awards Dinner at The Inn on Biltmore Estate with a closing Camp discussion.

Sunday, September 25:

  • 6:15 am – Coffee and breakfast, with presentation of 90-day post-camp coaching plans.
  • 7:00 am – Ride overview, skills clinic, and Q&A with Coach.
  • 7:15 am – Pedals up for a four-hour tempo ride to the quaint riverside town of Marshall with optional bailout for those needing an early departure.
  • 11:30 am – Return from ride for massage, foam rolling and compression therapy with protein smoothies. All available in the Best Buddies Recovery Room.
  • 12:30 pm – Lunch and guest departure.
