Thursday, September 22:

- 11:00 am – Return from ride for massage, foam rolling and compression therapy with protein smoothies.

- 8:00 pm – Fireside coaching seminar.

- 4:00 pm – Downtown Brewery Tours

- 7:30 am – Pedals up for the “Queen Stage”, a six-hour epic ride to Mt. Mitchell with multiple climbs and thrilling descents.

- 6:30 pm – Awards Dinner at The Inn on Biltmore Estate with a closing Camp discussion.

- 7:15 am – Pedals up for a four-hour tempo ride to the quaint riverside town of Marshall with optional bailout for those needing an early departure.
- 11:30 am – Return from ride for massage, foam rolling and compression therapy with protein smoothies. All available in the Best Buddies Recovery Room.
- 12:30 pm – Lunch and guest departure.
