This is the first day of rigorous cycling in the Santa Monica Mountains. We will start and end our ride at the cycling themed local café, Pedaler’s Fork, near Topanga Canyon. This ride will be between 35 and 45 miles and will ascend about 5,000ft high above the Malibu cloud-line. This ride will be one of two longer routes. Riders will enjoy a long descent to the Malibu coastline, and will then head up the longest climb in the area, Latigo Road.
