There’s nothing like a Best Buddies Challenge. Find out for yourself. Sign up as an individual or form a team with friends and together we will help Best Buddies enhance the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Join us on Saturday, October 4, 2025, and ride 100, 40 or 15-miles with cyclists of all abilities including celebrities, pro-cyclists such as Mark Cavendish and others. The route takes riders along scenic roads from New York City to Glenmere Mansion in the Ramapo Mountains. All rides are fully supported, with rest stops every 25 miles and support vehicles on the road.
For those that don’t ride, our 5K run/walk takes place at Glenmere Mansion in the Hudson Valley. Enjoy a jog with friends, or go for a new personal best. The walk is the perfect Challenge for families with small children.
All roads lead to our Finish Line at the Glenmere Mansion in the Hudson Valley. After you finish your event, grab a massage and enjoy a finish line celebration including a gourmet luncheon, open bar, and private concert.
Past musical guests include The Black Eyed Peas, Rick Springfield, Joan Jett, the B-52’s, Kool and the Gang and The Beach Boys.
