Join us for a training ride! A properly functioning road bike and helmet are required for our rides. We highly recommend clipless pedals.

All our rides are open to the general public. Our training rides showcase how Best Buddies works for inclusion in its programs and on the bike. We care for our riders like our programs care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities by producing rides that make every attendee feel safe, that they belong, and that they matter.

Make sure you join the official Best Buddies Challenge Strava Club to stay in the loop about ride status and updates! Both rides will be hosted weekly unless otherwise noted in the Strava Club.
